- Developing model of comprehensive protocols of cares for children and adults with brain lession.
- Capacity buidling for active professionals (health, rehabilitation, social) will follow, providing care to patients with brain lesions
- Access to comprehensive approach and quality services to people with disabilities will be promoted and measured
