Extend the deadline for bids submission on Italian ODA project

In the framework of the project  “Improving the capacity on training, scientific research and healthcare at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and Hue University Hospital”,  using Italian soft loan, the Project management unit published an official letter of invitation for “the Consultancy Services for Architectural Planning, Design and Supervision and for Training Activities at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy” and mentioned that the bids must be delivered to Office of Project “Improving the capacity on training, scientific research and healthcare at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and Hue University Hospital”, 3^rd floor, Building B, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, 6 Ngo Quyen Street, Hue City, VIETNAM at or before 9:00AM (local time) on 17^th November 2016.

Now the Project management unit would like to extend the deadline for bids submission to 9:00AM (local time) on 21^st November 2016 at the above address
